Course Description

This integrated training course combines the “Foundations of Capability” with the “Building Development Excellence” course to provide a focused exploration of the CMMI model with an emphasis on the development domain. Over three days, participants will delve into the foundational elements of the CMMI model and expand their knowledge with specialized training in development excellence. This course is designed to certify attendees as CMMI Associate (with Development focus), enabling them to participate as appraisal team members in CMMI benchmark appraisals for the development view of the CMMI model.

How to Register?

1. Fill out the pre-registration form.
2. Receive a confirmation email from CMMI Academy LayerMark confirming your intent to attend the training.
3. CMMI Academy LayerMark will contact you to request the full names and email addresses of all attendees, using their current ISACA-registered email if applicable.
4. CMMI Academy adds attendees to the course roll list.
5. Attendees receive an email from CMMI Institute ISACA with pre-registration details and a link to complete course registration on the ISACA CMMI Institute website.
6. Complete registration through the provided ISACA link to finalize the process.
7. Terms and Conditions: Payment will be requested after attendee completes and receives ISACA registration confirmation. Cancellations made within two weeks of the training course are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. CMMI Academy LAYERMARK reserves the right to cancel the scheduled training with a minimum notice of three (3) days if the required minimum enrollment of six (6) participants is not achieved.
