Course Description

This CMMI-certified and ISACA-CMMI-certified one-day training course is designed to provide participants with an in-depth understanding of the High Maturity Concepts of the CMMI model. The course focuses on the critical aspects of statistical process control and measurements, empowering organizations to effectively utilize data collected across various software systems. This approach underpins Level 4 Maturity—managing organizational processes through statistical controls—and progresses to Level 5, which emphasizes continuous improvement through advanced metrics analysis.

5. Attendees receive an email from CMMI Institute ISACA with pre-registration details and a link to complete course registration on the ISACA CMMI Institute website.
6. Complete registration through the provided ISACA link to finalize the process.
7. Terms and Conditions: Cancellations made within two weeks of the training course are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
